In keeping with our intention of bettering and updating the site, Tvfutbol.net would like to announce that from this moment we have decided to prioritise users' active participation in the Downloads sections of the Forum. We'd like to encourage the exchange of opinions, debates, and comments on football in addition to providing technical assistance.

The stated policy is not restricted to the Downloads sections, in fact we seek to complement the Conversation sections.

The objective is to improve the dynamic of the Web so it's not just about increasing the number of the registered users who only enter the Web to go to the download section, without so much as a comment, opinion, or offer to enrich the thread.

This policy is implicitly designed to recognise the work, effort, and dedication of Cappers and Users who enrich the Web with their efforts.

If we detect an unwanted situation of posting for the sake of accessing the downloads section, these posts will be reviewed, edited, and erased at the discretion of forum staff.
Your access to the downloads section will be granted through your active participation, which should not be taken to mean that you need to invest any more time connected.

With the hope that this policy is successfully understood by all users, we ask for your help to make this Forum a destination where you have a good time and enjoy football from every decade during your free time.

If access to the Downloads section is the only thing you want, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! If this is the case, you can find the matches on any tracker that lists its contents.

We send you a heartfelt greeting, hoping you all understand this decision.

Tvfútbol Staff!

Written for west501 we are grateful for the help to him given for translating it!

I am participating in the forum, and will be as actively as time allows me, but I'd also like to download some matches. I don't feel like I'm close to getting any :(. What else do I need to do to be granted access to the Downloads? Do I have to pass some kind of initiation or something? Aww, man.
